This is now our Eco House in Risan, Built in 2013 and finished more or less to move in, in 2014. Living in a house designed to Passsivhaus Standard is lovely, with its design features it is cool inside with the air conditioning. 
The overhangs on the terraces keep the sun in check all the year round. One can have as much sun as one likes or as little. Being in the height of the summer, the sun is hot some 35 degrees C, no rain, our soil in the garden still has to be improved. Water just runs through the pots…
Karlsplatz, our new terrace for the Studio is stunning, our guest love it being in the shade, the vines and kiwi plants as well as the acacia are
covering the roof, it feels comforting.
One does not get burnt from the sun, the outdoor shower is divine. We have guests from Macedonia, it is wonderful to have them. Thank you for coming to stay with us, enjoy your time, take sun back with you in your hearts.
